Online (HIPPA -Compliant platform via Simple Practice or Spruce) or in -person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

40-45 minutes | $115

60 minutes | $150

 

Initial Evaluation

 

Online (HIPPA -Compliant platform via Simple Practice or Spruce) or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide tools to alleviate your presenting symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.

50 minutes | $180

There will be a $100 no-show/late cancellation fee for missed appointments unless you cancel within 24 hours in advance.
